Hauling is simple. We keep it that way.
We started Florida Local Remove & Haul because the alternatives in South Florida were either a national brand with a call center and a price that moved, or a guy with a pickup who might show up. There was not much in between.
So that is what we built. Our own trucks and trailers, our own uniformed crew, a price agreed before we touch anything, and a phone number that reaches the person actually running the job.
Most of our work is repeat business and referrals from homeowners, realtors and property managers who found out we do what we said we would. That is the whole business model.
Four rules we do not bend on
Quote first, always
Nobody should find out what a job costs after it is done. You get the number before anything moves, and it does not change while we work.
Treat the house like ours
Door frames, stair rails, tile and elevator walls. Getting a sectional out of a second-floor condo without leaving a mark is most of the skill.
Landfill last
Usable furniture goes to donation. Metal goes to scrap. What is genuinely waste goes to a licensed transfer station. In that order, every time.
A person answers
You are calling a local company, not a national call center that sells your job to whoever is closest. The person on the phone is the person running the crew.
