The plain-language terms that apply to this website and to the work we do.
These terms apply to your use of https://www.floridalocalremoveandhaul.net and to hauling and removal work performed by Florida Local Remove & Haul, LLC.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the volume your load occupies in our trailer, along with access, weight and any special handling the job requires. A quote given before we see the load is an estimate; the firm price is the one we give you on site, before we start loading. If the job differs from what was described, we will re-quote and you can accept or decline before any work begins.
Scheduling
Arrival windows are our best estimate. Traffic, transfer-station queues and jobs that turn out larger than described can move a window. We will tell you as soon as we know. If you need to reschedule, call us as early as you can.
What we cannot take
We cannot accept hazardous material, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, oil, asbestos, biohazard or medical waste, or anything a licensed hazardous handler is required to transport. If such material is found in a load, we will leave it and tell you.
Your property and your items
Please check the load before we take it. Once material is removed and disposed of it cannot be recovered, and we are not able to return items after disposal. You confirm that you own the items or are authorised to have them removed.
We take care in and around your property. If we cause damage while working, tell us at the time so we can address it. We are a licensed and insured Florida LLC.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed different terms in writing, for example a standing commercial account.

Limitation
To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising out of the work is limited to the amount paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
